The COBOTTA PRO series comprises the COBOTTA PRO 900 and the COBOTTA PRO 1300, both high-speed collaborative robots with maximum productivity and safety. COBOTTA PRO impresses with an outstanding TCP speed of up to 2500 mm/s as well as the high repeatability of ± 0.03/± 0.04 mm. The payload is 6 kg and 12 kg. An optional Touch Sensing Soft Cover enables a further increase in speed/acceleration and force in human-robot collaboration thanks to its integrated and highly sensitive sensor technology. The CRC9 robot controller, developed exclusively for COBOTTA PRO, offers integrated PLC equipment control and an open development environment.

With DENSO's patented safety scene switching, it possible to adapt the safety characteristics (speed & maximum force to be applied) specifically to the process step and thus significantly increase performance.

Our COBOTTA PRO family is now also available with an ESD protection class.

Experience our high-speed SCARA robot HSR in an pick and place application. Thanks to a unique design that ensures a lighter, stronger and faster robot arm, the HSR SCARA series offers maximum performance even during continuous operation over long periods of time. Due to the high-speed performance (cycle times of 0.28 sec/0.31 sec) combined with outstanding repeatability (repeatability of ±0.01/±0.012), pick & place applications can be realized with the HSR robot in industrial assembly processes as well as in packaging processes of e.g. food, medical products and cosmetics.

The HSR robots are available in 480-, 550- and 650-millimeters arm reach. All three SCARA models offer a maximum payload of up to 8 kg. Our HSR SCARA family is also available in Dust & splash proof (IP65) and Cleanroom (ISO 5 & 3) protection.

With our ESD Series we offer the ideal solution for the electronics industry. Our ESD robots meet the required limits according to IEC 61340-5-1:2016 / ANSI/ESD S20.20:2021 this enables safe handling of electronic components, such as PCB assembly, visual inspection, product testing and packaging. Ranges from 350mm to 905mm and payloads up to 7kg are fully covered. The ESD Series includes our VS Series, HS-A1 Series and COBOTTA PRO Series.
