Simulation & Development
We offer you several possibilities to program DENSO Robots. You can do it with our programming, monitoring and simulation software, WINCAPS III. This software is a package for efficiently developing and validating DENSO robot operation programs. It permits monitoring of robot operation, variables, and I/O from a computer connected to the robot controller. It also supports managing program files as projects, storing frequently used programs in program banks, and various other program management functions.
ORiN2 is other powerful software that allows you to program our robots and other devices such as PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, etc., thanks to the possibility of using common high-level programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, VB, etc.); therefore, eliminating the requirement of learning any new robot programming language.
ORiN Vision is the extensive vision library designed exclusively for ORiN2 middleware and is based on OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision Library), a programming library mainly aimed at real time computer vision developed by Intel.
ORiN Vision provides many functions for image capturing, image processing (like edge detection, filters, etc.), image analysis (like blob analysis, finding contours, etc.), image interpretation and also for robot and camera calibration. Because it combines ORiN2 and OpenCV the library allows you to directly program DENSO robots and vision applications with standard high-level languages including C++, C# and VB among others throw only one interface.
b-CAP is a control protocol incumbent of any platform or programming language based on TCP/IP that enables you to program our robots and peripheral devices using a PC, PLC or other device which incorporates Ethernet TCP/IP or UDP.
For experienced HALCON users, we offer the possibility to program their vision and robotics applications through the HALCON extension package for DENSO robots. HALCON software has the DENSO extension package conveniently and seamlessly incorporated into the HALCON integrated development environment, HDevelop.
